An extra-virgin olive oil from the region of Brindisi, made with Cellina di Nardò and Ogliarola olives in a minimum amount of 60%. The colour is deep green with some delicate golden yellow tones.

Because of its elaborate flavour, the Terra d’Otranto is most suitable for rich dishes, such as grilled fish, salads, boiled vegetables, pulse, durum wheat pasta.
How to recognize it:
The label must state the Protected Designation of Origin "Terra d'Otranto" and the year of production.
